With these in-house experts, we handle your demolition, carpentry, painting, door installation, and cabinetry projects ourselves. Overview

As a division of Megen Construction, Megen Works is built on the principles of quality, integrity, diversity and teamwork. Megen Works’ in-house team of skilled tradespeople handle demolition, carpentry, painting, doors/hardware installation, and cabinetry projects. Megen Works has a focus on General Trades and fitout projects.

Personnel

Megen Works is led by Obi Nwankwo, a detail-oriented constructor certified in construction quality control. A former D1 athlete who values teamwork, Obi is degreed in civil engineering and has an MBA with a leadership focus. He manages and directs Megen Works’ talented team of managers, encompassing journeymen carpenters, skilled carpenters, and laborers, all experienced in commercial construction.

Pre-Apprenticeship

  • 6 to 12 week program
  • Learn construction basics (safety, hand tools, power tools, etc.)
  • OSHA 10 certification
  • Training on Bobcat heavy equipment

Apprenticeship

  • 2 to 3 year program
  • Job training while earning wages
  • Skill/Trade training
  • Become a fully qualified journeyman
