Located across from Mercy Health’s Corporate Headquarters in Cincinnati, this new home for Corinthian Baptist Church comprised a 36,000 SF church and daycare facility complex. The ground level of the new facility includes a 1,000-seat sanctuary, vestibule/lobby, A/V production room, administration area, pastor’s suite, bridal suite, kitchenette, and ancillary support spaces including security office and nurse’s room, with growth for future expansion. The complex also includes a daycare for the Community Action Agency’s Discovering Minds Learning Center, providing  classroom areas for infant through preschool ages and a connected outdoor play area. The facility construction is as a pre-engineered metal structure on three sides with conventional steel matching the PEMB finished panels.
