As construction manager, Megen constructed the new medical suite build-outs including a 2,650 SF imaging suite for Clinton Memorial Hospital; a 3,053 SF orthopedics clinic for Beacon Orthopaedics; and a 760 SF chiropractic suite for Chiropractic Care. Scope of work in these medical office fit-outs consisted of full construction of an MRI room with RF and magnetic shielding, CT and x-ray rooms with lead-lined walls, cast rooms, exam rooms, nurse’s stations, waiting rooms and display cases. Special provisions were required for floor slabs, wall construction, and mechanical and electrical requirements.

Providing preconstruction and construction services, our team coordinated all build-outs with the construction schedule of the Center for Sport Sciences facility, to ensure the entire facility was completed on schedule for the grand opening event. Megen also completed the tenant fit-outs of the leasable space for orthopedic and medical imaging.
