Miami Valley Hospital – 10th and 11th Floors

Megen served as the general trades contractor, and our scope included wood blocking, headwall installation, cabinets and countertops, painting, flooring and wall tile. The schedule for the project was extremely tight with the build out of two floors in nine months. Megen’s project team coordinated with MEP trades to ensure the project remained on schedule, as we were completing the finishes, while MEP trades were still working above ceiling.
