Megen, in conjunction with our JV partner, has served as of the owner’s representative / project management team on several projects at the Clifton and Evendale campuses.

The Clifton campus projects included the Allied Health Simulation Lab renovation, replacement of seven air handler units in the Main Building, a fire loop replacement, and a main gym roof replacement. At the Evendale campus’ Workforce Development Center, we have upgraded the Manufacturing Lab space.

Our team has been instrumental in managing costs within budget and serving as the College’s ambassador on various concurrent projects to limit interruptions to campus operations, ensure quality workmanship, and bring a collaborative, yet accountable, mindset to the building team. We have delivered each phase/project to completion on time and under budget.
