The capital improvements program for Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy (CHCA) included kindergarten room renovations, adaptive reuse of existing 4th grade classrooms, and a new preschool, featuring a new covered vehicular drop-off and a large motor indoor play area.

Other capital improvements for CHCA
included renovations and additions on their middle school and high school campuses, including a café addition, innovation space renovations, collaboration space additions, a new greenhouse, a playground, a parking lot, as well as a welcome center addition/
renovation.
