A  renovation of the existing Liberty Heights Baptist Church into the new Zion Global Ministries facility. Renovation work included interior demolition; reworking electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems; updating restroom facilities; audiovisual system updates; and total fit out of the sanctuary’s first and balcony levels, including new floors, ceilings and pews. Exterior renovations included construction of a new main entrance.

Megen Construction served as the General Contractor, ensuring the schedule, budget and quality of the project. This project was very competitive, with extraordinary architectural designs that gave the church a unique look as the end result. The project was completed on time and within the Owner’s budget.
