This downtown Cincinnati facility renovation included a childcare center; an outdoor play area equipped with food service; renovated lobby/entrance, swimming pool area and fitness center; updated offices; a new heating and cooling system; new furniture, lighting and windows; and improved meeting spaces with a catering kitchen. The project involved replacing the swimming pool’s structural supports without removing the pool, being only accessible through a very confined space.

As construction manager, we managed the logistics of the project to keep construction progressing. The building’s age and urban location presented challenges in material deliveries, waste handling, and unforseen conditions. Despite these obstacles, the project was successfully completed on schedule and within budget.
