This project consisted of construction of 2 new maintenance facilities and 1 renovation of an existing maintenance facility in northern Ohio. Both the Fulton Co. and Sandusky Co. Full Service Maintenance Facilities (FSMF) include a 21,000 SF truck storage building, administrative and mechanical service areas, a cold storage, salt storage and material storage structures, above ground fuel storage tank, vehicle wash bay and brine/calcium system.

The Fulton Co. FSMF project also included a Visitor and Heritage Center with storage spaces. The Ottawa Co. project included renovating office space in the maintenance facility building, upgrading fire protection systems, and site improvements including paving and fencing.

As the construction manager for the project, Megen coordinated all precon and construction efforts, including cost estimating and value engineering. The three facilities/projects were part of a single contract with ODOT and the OFCC.
