The modern facility is comprised of 8 double vehicle bays with the capacity to house 16 maintenance trucks, a drive through wash bay, office areas, storage mezzanine and all associated site improvements. The project also included a 3,320 SF (600-ton) capacity salt storage building and associated site work. The salt storage facility was built concurrently with the Maintenance Garage.

As Construction Manager, Megen was involved in both preconstruction and construction activities including providing accurate estimates, a GMP, and coordination of all construction activities and prime contractors. The project was successfully completed on time and on budget.
