Originally a carriage factory, this industrial building along the streetcar line in the Over-the-Rhine district was rehabilitated as a commercial building with nine offices over its 3-1/2 floors. As this building is a National Register Property built in 1869, many of the historic elements, including the historic staircase, were retained.

Scope of work included masonry restoration, new roof and HVAC units, updated electrical and plumbing systems, new windows and flooring, and updates to make the building ADA compliant. The project also included a new addition with a passenger elevator with a lobby area and a main Race Street entrance.
