Village of Valor in Palm Springs, FL is a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) planned community featuring two new fourstory apartment buildings dedicated to serving veterans. The development will offer 54 units—comprising 26 two-bedroom and 28 three-bedroom apartments, and a broad range of amenities, providing safe, supportive housing for those who have served.

More than just providing affordable housing, the Village of Valor is designed to be a sustainable living space for the long term. Each unit will be equipped with modern Energy Star appliances, and the project aims to achieve the National Green Building Standards Gold Certification, ensuring a light footprint on the environment.
