This project included a 1,628 SF renovation of a Cath Lab area and Physician’s Dictation Space and the 1,031 SF Operating Room #28. Megen’s scope of work for these projects included installing all structural steel, doors and hardware, floor leveling and flooring, painting, casework and cabinetry, fireproofing, wall protection and specialties for both space. Phased construction also included installation of casework, painting and flooring in a second physician dictation area.

The schedule for both areas were extremely tight, and Megen helped condense the schedule to an eight-month duration, while minimally impacting the spaces, through use of after hours work and coordination with the hospital to use rooms beneath the spaces at pre-scheduled times. Megen completed work in those existing spaces on time to re-open and shift to other pre-coordinated rooms for work, as the staff minimized room movements for patients.
