Megen was contracted by the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission to provide owner agent preconstruction services for Mason City School District, Segment 1 projects. These projects included an addition to Mason Early Childhood Center (MECC), which involved adding classrooms, student dining spaces, gymnasium space, offices and multi-purpose rooms.

Megen provided a detailed construction estimate, constructability review, schedule and OSDM compliance review at the Program of Requirements, Schematic Design, Design Development and Construction Documents stages for the MECC.
