Features classrooms, offices, open office spaces, conference rooms and break rooms. The project involved full development of over 2.5 acres of landscaping, 157-stall parking areas, bike racks and park benches. Prior to construction, site demolition and abatement of two multi-level army barracks buildings and removal of hardscaping/landscaping was completed. The new buildings were constructed to meet LEED Silver certification standards.

As General Contractor, Megen was responsible for all facets of the project including schedule, quality control, safety management and overall coordination with all USACE personnel. In addition to this project, Megen constructed two other Battalion Headquarters projects under this MATOC.
