Each building includes classrooms, offices, a large open office space, conference rooms and break rooms. Parking lots, landscaping and site storage buildings are also included in the project. The buildings were constructed to meet LEED Silver certification standards.

As General Contractor, Megen was responsible for all facets of the project including schedule, quality control, safety management and overall coordination with all USACE personnel. In addition to this project, Megen constructed two other Battalion Headquarters projects under this MATOC.
