Humana of Ohio – Office Renovations

The project was divided into six phases, resulting in the following advantages: it allowed the Owner a continuous partial use of the space throughout the renovation period; it allowed construction to start on the first phase, while the Architect completed the construction documents on the subsequent phases; and finally it allowed Megen, the Contractor, to participate in the design phase. Each of the six phases were completed in record time.
