The single story portion of the building includes administrative offices, gymnasium and cafeteria. The project also includes demolition of the existing elementary, where a parking lot and ball field were constructed.

Construction had to be completed in phases, due to the new school being built next to the existing occupied school.

Megen Construction, in conjunction with their JV partner, led construction from preconstruction through closeout, and was responsible for project coordination, bid/award, scheduling, cost control owner communication and student/staff safety.
