The single story facility has a two-story in the classroom wing and includes a gymnasium, classrooms, offices, common areas and playground areas for different ages groups.

This project also included demolition of an existing school over the summer break. In this short window of time, Megen had to demolish the old school, the space into a parking lot and have the new school and site ready for the 2010 school year.

Megen Construction, in conjunction with their JV partner, provided construction management services for Hamilton City School District and the Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC). Megen led construction from preconstruction to through closeout, and was responsible for project coordination, bid/award, scheduling, cost control, owner communication and student/staff safety.
