A new 40,000 SF, two-story private PK-8 elementary school facility for Mars Hill Academy, which includes two classroom wings with a pond/outdoor learning center, art rooms, science rooms, music rooms, library, a cafeteria, administrative offices, multi-purpose rooms and a central registration area. The new facility was built to accommodate 350 students, tripling the capacity of the former facility. Site work included a retention pond with a water fountain, a bell tower, two soccer fields and two baseball fields.

Megen served as the General Contractor on the project, coordinating all work performed on site from the start of earthwork to final Owner occupancy.

Megen would later complete an encore project for Mars Hill Academy in 2015, being an 8,700 SF gymnasium addition to the existing building, provides space for school activities, after-school events and team sport practices. The pre-engineered steel building matches the existing exterior skin of the campus. Megen served as the designbuilder on this project.
