This 16,000 SF renovation transformed an existing property into the new worship home for Zion Global Ministries. Renovations included interior demolition and total fit out of the sanctuary’s first and balcony levels including new floors, ceilings, pews, and updated audiovisual systems. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were reworked and all restroom facilities were updated. A new main entrance on the exterior was also constructed.

Serving as general contractor, our team ensured the schedule, budget and quality of the project was top-notch. Construction was complex with extraordinary architectural designs to showcase the church’s uniqueness. Our team was proactive in identifying and managing potential issues early in the building process, which saved the owner from major cost overruns. The project was completed on time and within the church’s budget.
