An approximately 231,000 s.f. new two-story high school facility, anchored around a centralized media center for the Trotwood-Madison City School District. Megen Construction Company, in conjunction with other project team members, will be responsible for estimating, scheduling, value engineering and ultimately overseeing construction.

The new high school facility will feature 68 instructional areas including 42 classrooms, 6 special education classrooms, 8 science rooms, 4 labs, 3 business rooms, 2 art rooms, 2 life skills rooms, 1 band room and 1 choir room. The project will also include asbestos abatement and demolition of the existing high school building, construction of separate parking areas for visitors, faculty, students and buses and a multitude of other features.
