A 126,000 s.f. school facility including a state-of-the-art athletic complex, many learning opportunity classrooms and an auditorium. Megen Construction Company's estimating department was responsible for all phases of estimating and compliance to the Ohio School Facilities Commission (OSFC) Design Manual on five recent OSFC K-12 projects.

One of Megen's highly qualified project managers was in charge of overseeing the $18,000,000 New Riverside K-12 School Project. During the entire 18-month process, the project was on schedule and under budget. Based in large measure on our proactive estimating and management of this ambitious construction project, the owners saved over $500,000 in overall construction costs.
