The Merrill Lynch Office Expansion is a 30,000 s.f. phased, high end construction project within a prominent Downtown Cincinnati office tower. As may be evident by the high cost per square foot of this project, Merrill Lynch's intentions were to parallel the design and Construction of this space, with the impressive list of their clientele. Megen Construction Company's charge was to help them achieve their goal by orchestrating near flawless craftsmanship necessary to transform the Architect's design to reality.This project also demonstrates Megen's ability to maintain the operations of a business amidst a major construction project, involving a high level finish and intricate millwork details.
