Mellencamp ResidenceA 10,000 s.f. home includes 30-foot ceilings with hand-painted murals, enormous fire-places, a recording studio, antique heartpine plank flooring and decoratively carved roof trusses. The estate overlooks a lake form a wooded hillside, and includes tennis and basketball courts. Megen was chosen to take over this project due to a lack of quality control and other issues by the previous contractor. Prior to our involvement, we conducted a detailed assessment of the current needs. This initial assessment stood the test of time.
