Building contains concrete foundations, floor, and roofing on structural steel and bar-joist framing; interior partitions, finishes and equipment, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, alarm, and fire protection systems. Site work included demolition of existing maintenance facility, excavation and trenching, grading, installation of utilities, access drives, parking, site lighting, accessory structures and seeding.
The Salt Storage Facility is a 3,320 s.f. (600 ton capacity) salt storage building & associated site work. The building contains concrete foundations, floor and apron; reinforced split-face c.m.u. bearing walls; membrane roofing on structural steel and wood framing; and electrical work. Site work included demolition of existing salt storage structure, excavation and trenching, grading, installation of utilities, access drives, parking, site lighting and seeding.
