Georgetown Exempted Village School District
Jr./Sr. High School Renovation
The project plan provides approximately $7 million to renovate the circa
1987 Junior Senior High School facility to serve the Georgetown Exempted
Village School District's seventh through twelfth grade students.
Renovation work in the approximate
89,000 s.f. facility generally includes, but is not necessarily limited
to removal and replacement of the entire roof and HVAC system, as well
as installation of state-of-the-art technology throughout the facility.
Furthermore, the project plan calls for adding roughly 2,300 s.f. of
new academic space to the existing facility to accommodate various other
OSFC and District identified educational program deficiencies.
New Elementary
A brand new 93,000 s.f. elementary school to house the pre-kindergarten
through sixth grade students for the Georgetown Exempted Village School
District and the Ohio School Facilities Commission. New facility work
will include extensive site work, new kitchen facilities, state-of-the-art
mechanical, electrical and technology equipment, as well as new playground
amenities.
