Contract Administration

In a typical general contract method of delivery, the architect is responsible for the contract administration, which includes review of submittals, interpretation of the construction documents, quality control and change order approval. Due to Megen's familiarity with these processes, architects are becoming increasingly willing to contract these services to Megen Construction, while concentrating on the design.
