Crossroads Community Church

A 91,000 s.f., $14 million warehouse that sits on a 17 acre lot in Oakley, Ohio, was converted into a multi-use church facility. The facility includes a 1,200 seat auditorium, community atrium, church offices, high-tech audio/visual control room, bookstore, comfortable reading/resting areas and 26,000 s.f. of 17 uniquely decorated classrooms for the children's ministry. Both the administrative and children's ministry areas were constructed with a second floor for future growth.

The Construction Management Team of Megen Construction Company, was responsible for the onsite construction management, cost estimating and cost control through-out this project.

Megen Construction served the role as onsite construction managers and saw the project through to the final stages. The CM and the Design Team, of Champlin/ Haupt Architects have coordinated and worked well together to make this project a success and to the delight of the Owner, ahead of schedule and under budget.
