ChoiceCare / Humana of Ohio Office RenovationA 100,000 s.f. renovation of the prestigious Baldwin Building, involving the alterations of perimeter offices and large open offices with modular work stations. The project was divided into six phases, resulting in the following advantages; it allowed the Owner a continuous partial use of the space throughout the renovation period, it allowed construction to start on the first phase, while the Architect completed the construction documents on the subsequent phases, and finally it allowed us, the Contractor, to participate in the design phase. Each of the six phases were completed in record time.
