Megen to oversee Reds Hall of Fame
Staff reports
The Cincinnati Reds have selected Megen Construction Co. as construction
manager for completion of the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum. The Forest
Park company is also the lead construction manager for the $65 million
National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, which will open in August.
The three-story, 17,000-square-foot Hall of Fame and Museum interior
will cost about $10 million and is scheduled to open in September. The
accompanying 6,200-square-foot Team Store, expected to open in early
July, will cost an estimated $2 million. The Hall of Fame's exterior
is part of Great American Ball Park construction.
